Dates Venues and Meetings
Each Committee will meet formally up to six times a year rotating the venue within their area. Meetings are usually held in the evening, normally lasting for two to three hours. In these meetings the Committees formal business is conducted. Alongside this the Committee has the flexibility to:
- undertake visits
- get out and about in their areas
- attend local partnership meetings
- meet informally as a committee, in small groups or individually with anyone in their community.
